The Site Limit Barrier System is a practical and lightweight rail barrier system that is perfect for projects under time pressure or with limited space. The beauty in the system is the ease of installation meaning each individual barrier takes literally seconds to install.
The barrier also fits all types of running rail and its spring loaded retractable cloth tapes can be custom printed with logos, messages, or reflective strips.
The barrier system is also very easily transported on specially designed pallets known as Stillages, each stillage can be easily stacked and forklifted. If this is taken into account along with the ease in which the barrier can be installed one man can install around 200m of barrier in under 20 minutes!

The Vortok Safety barrier is permitted to be positioned 4ft from the running rail whilst allowing train speeds up to 100 mph. A copy of the Approval certificate is available upon request.
